We sat with Hitech TGR Formula 2 Team Manager, Clive Hatton, and Formula 3 Team Manager, Paul Bellringer, to understand how they shape the future talent on their way to Formula 1 and beyond.
They gave us insight into what it’s like working with up and coming drivers, including F2 drivers Luke Browning and Dino Beganovic, as well as F3 driver Martinius Stenshorne, all of which are currently enrolled in the Formula 1 driver development programs. Working closely with the Ferrari Driver Academy, Williams Driver Academy and McLaren Driver Development Programme is no easy feat and adds another level of complexity in the pipeline of supporting a driver in the feeder series.
